Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st of 1995 was born in Berkeley California. She is an acclaimed actress who has appeared on Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006,) and Chrissie mayr's Content House.

Asia Argento grew up in Rome Italy. Her family is comprised of actors and she has also been doing both professions. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento, at nine, was her debut film. In 1988 The Church, a film by Michele Soavi The Church was directed by Michele Soavi and she played in the role of Cristina Comencini's Zoo. Then, in 1989, she played Nanni Moretti's (also directed by Michele Soavi) child in Red Wood Pigeon. Close Friends (1992), directed and written by Michele Placido was the film that really launched Asia's professional profession. She was able move between roles for young girls to more mature and complicated roles. It was received well during the Cannes International Film Festival. In Trauma (1993) the actress worked for the first time with her father, famed Italian filmmaker Dario Argento (her mother is among Argento's favorite actresses, Daria Nicolodi, playing an obese girl on the lookout of her parents' murderer. The Phantom of the Opera will be her third film alongside her father, with her first two movies being Trauma & The Stendhal Syndrome. Asia's dedication and passion for acting was also utilized in the film by Giuseppe Piccioni in Condannato a Nozze. Patrice Chereau was the director. Queen Margot. The actress had an international role. In 1995, Asia worked alongside Michel Piccoli to produce Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion, for which she won a David di Donatello. Asia started directing as a career in 1994. The first film she directed was Prospettive. The documentary she created about her dad followed by Abel/Asia (1998) the film that won a prize during the Rome Film Festival in 1998. They were both directed between 1996 and 1998. In 1999 Asia made her feature-directing debut by directing Scarlet Diva (2000), in which she was the main actress and writer of the screenplay. In May 2000, the film was released both in Italy and across the world. The film was awarded an prize at the Williamsburg Film Festival in Brooklyn, New York. Anna Lou, her first child, was born to her in the year 2001. She has directed numerous music videos. She was in 2002 on the screen as The Red Siren by Olivier Megaton alongside Jean-Marc Bar as well as the action-packed film directed by Rob Cohen, with Vin Diesel. Asia also has a selection of short stories which have appeared in prestigious magazines.
